Before Argent, Mr. Kroll and his teams constantly had to check if resources were available -- a manual and time-intensive chore. Now with Argent, Tom has implemented automated checking.
After reading a review of Argent, Mr. Kroll called to discuss monitoring resources, and preventing downtime.
With Argent's consultants, Tom had Argent up and running in under one day. Argent now provides total monitoring, as well as complete trend analysis and capacity planning. The pre-defined SLA management reports are automatically emailed to management every morning.
Hinshaw uses the Argent Predictor to monitor disk space trends...and to plan next year's budget. As critical applications grow, Argent predicts what is needed and when, ending budget guesswork.
Tom uses the Argent Guardian to check and restart critical services, as well as control off-hour server reboots. These are just two of the many chores previously done manually.
Mr. Kroll stated:
