Kissimmee Utility Authority is one of Florida's largest utilities. Kissimmee is located in one of the fastest growing regions of the US. One reason for the rapid growth is the region's use of the best in advanced technology.
An example of KUA's leadership is found in its IT department where it has a large deployment of Argent's award-winning products. KUA has deployed Argent monitoring and alerting products for Windows, as well as Argent's capacity planning and trend analysis products. KUA also uses the Argent Data Consolidator to fulfil regulatory obligations.
When asked about Argent, Maribel Urrea, one of KUA's IT managers commented:
